Very bold

This coffee tastes good to drink even though it is a very dark coffee and not for the weak of palate. It does however leave a lingering bitterness on the tongue. This is a drinkable cup of coffee for breakfast or dessert but I would not seek it out.
Pros: Attractive Mouthfeel/Body, Pleasing Roast, Exceptional/Interesting Flavor
Cons: Unpleasant Aftertaste, Unbalanced Or Sharp Acidity
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

A very nice dark roast

I think this has been my favorite dark roast so far. I love a strong coffee (I love espresso) and this one fits the bill for an everyday cup.

First time Italian Roast

I got a free sample from Barista Prima. This was the first time I had tasted an Italian Roast. I feel in love with it. I love the flavor of the coffee itself.
Pros: Pleasing Roast, Attractive Mouthfeel/Body, Pleasing Aroma

Love the taste, the aroma and texture of this Coffee. And could I just say to the ppl who gave a 1 star rating. Don't give it a bad rating if this is the first italian or extra bold dark roasted coffee. It's an unfair rating. The only thing that I would complain about the Barista Prima brands, is they cost a little more than most.
Pros: Exceptional/Interesting Flavor

Love Love Love this coffee! I have a cup verey nite when I get home and sometimes one before bed.It doesnt keep me up and the flavor is rich and dark. Havent tried the rench roast yet but am planning on it if I can tear myself away from this flavor
