Not bitter like some dark chocolate can be, but not near as sugary sweet like regular chocolate cocoa. Perhaps a more grown up hot cocoa.

Still searching for a hot chocolate that I like in a pod. This one is the best so far. I did add a small amount of milk to the cup before brewing. It’s hard to compete with milk and Hershey’s syrup heated on the stove.

I do not like coffee. I like Dark Chocolate and many kinds of Tea. This Dark Chocolate is so nice and dark it can make a pool of Dark Chocolate syrup in the bottom of my cup that I use a spoon to keep the Dark Chocolate suspended. I warms my soul during cold times of the year.
