For having only 9 grams of sugar, this stuff is fantastic. Perfect for after dinner instead of having a high calorie, high sugar dessert. . I love to add a little cinnamon.

The packages are almost expired

I purchased 4 boxes of 24 ct. Unfortunately, all of them have a "Best by" date only two months away. I can't believe they ship those products almost expired. Can't trust their online shopping any more.

Very little chocolate flavor. What stood out the most was the overpowering flavor of the artificial sweetener. I had an instant headache and regret for buying the big box. :(

I bought this before, not reading the ingredients because I expected it to be good ‘ole hot dark cocoa. Realizing it had artificial flavors and sweeteners, I haven’t reordered. Saw that it was “new and improved” so I expected it to have better ingredients but it still has “junk” in it! Consumers want natural ingredients now so if you want to make it lower calorie, the least you could do is use natural stevia or Less real sugar. Will not buy any cocoa from this site again until I see better ingredients. I’m just ordering some organic coffee this time. Would love to see some organic cocoas and teas!

Best hot cocoa on the planet

I have tried many different hot cocoas and this is by far and away the best I have found. If I can't find these, I'd just as soon do without. Because of the low level of caffeine, you can drink it any time from early morning to late night.

Since it's name was Dark Chocolate, I was expecting an intense, rich chocolate cocoa experience. It tasted like water with a tiny amount of chocolate flavor. Wished I had not purchased it. Total waste.

Clogs machine every time

I got the K-Supreme Plus SMART machine. This was the brew I was most looking forward to. Imagine my disappointment when I went through nearly a dozen flavor cups and didn't get a single beverage. The drain needle in the filter clogged over and over again causing an error and aborting the brew process. At least now I have become a master at cleaning the needles. Would not recommend this flavor
