I prefer using dark chocolate for everything chocolate. This is very good, but I add peppermint candy to the cup, then marshmallows on top..

My favorite cocoa has always been Starbucks Classic Hot Cocoa until I purchased Cafe Escapes Dark Chocolate hot cocoa, it has more chocolate flavor and it doesn't taste as sweet

Works best with 8oz of water, but I personally use 6oz of water and 4 oz of milk (heated for 30 sec in the microwave) for a creamier cup of cocoa Very flavorful. My husband and I like it better than the regular milk chocolate cocoa from any brand. And darkchocolate is supposedly better for your health, even for type2 diabetics like my husband (limited to 1 a day)
