Functions like my previous swiss backpack that I bought from a bulk store. However, the arm handles are a little weird when carrying it on one side only. It's made to feel comfortable with both straps on you.

Since it's my final year at university, I figured I should get a bag that I can use for both school and for any post-grad traveling. I'm very happy with this one! So far I love the bag and the capacity holds. Best of all I love the 10-year warranty! This is so much better bag than the junky Targus my employer supplied that started tearing apart on week one luckily I talked my supervisor into buying direct from company and have warranty if any issues arise.

We bought this for my middle school-aged son to last him through high school. It was a great choice. He loves it. It's well made, comfortable, and has plenty of storage options. I like the division of separate compartments and the padded laptop holder. Many of the other options I looked at would not hold up to a 16" laptop, but this one does. I highly recommend.

This backpack is amazingly durable. I still have a previous version, same model that I purchased 19 years ago. I put backpacks through a lot of stress from use and weight and it always holds up. It's extremely comfortable and with pockets in all the right places. It's my favorite and I'm sure my new one that I bought for work will last at least two decades like the other. Also great for the airplane and traveling. Highly recommend!
