Not good at all!!

All I've had is trouble with this All in one printer. Then when I call to see if they can help fix it, brother wants to charge me more money to send me a "Refurbished" one. I think its unfair since we purchased about 30 machines about 5 months ago and they all have some kind of problem. Yes, I said 5 months ago with a lot of issues. I'm taking it back to Costco where they have a great return policy.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Although reviewed fairly well on line, my printer has been a disappointment. The paper pickup is a total failure. No matter how much I fan, separate or reload, multiple sheets of are always picked up. Usually the print is across several sheets. The print quality is good, but the ink doesn't last any where near as long as advertised.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

unit working despite instructions

somewhat disappointed with the size of this unit ,but the performance has been above par ,if you scan an item and want too attach to an e-mail take the east route save to thumb drive and pull the file on your computer and attach to e-mail,never did find how to attach files to e-mail through your instructions. Kindly consider step by step instructions as whoever wrote yours was somewhat vague at times and left user confused.

This unit performs exactly as advertised. It seems to get pretty good mileage out of its cartridges. The unit is made from some pretty fragile plastic parts so keep kids far away from it.
