poor support and the item comes with no instructions

no instructions and the site for support is poor , never seen a site this bad i have owned several bluetooth over the years and they worked great ... this ones no way to turn it on or pair it , just everything about this and the support is very poor quality
Cons: Poor quality, Not high def, Did not meet expectations, no way to turn on, no way to pair with phone, no internet support
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good Bluetooth for a great price!!

This bluetooth works really well and is real easy to link to my Fascinate. I have yet to have any sound or connection problem for this unit it works great. The only thing that I didn't like was that it didn't sit real comfortable in my right ear so I have to were it in my left ear which took some getting used to but other then that its great!
Pros: Inexpensive, Lightweight, great sound, easy hookup
Cons: ear piece not comfortable
