Great device, cheap plastic support

The earpiece is a great value, easy to pair, and it has great sound. However, the over the earpiece is made of hard plastic and it cracks very easily. Mine has cracked around the part that connects to the earpiece so I am no longer able to use it. There aren't even replacement parts for me. So that is what makes me not recommend this to anyone.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Cons:
Difficult for the person on the other end of the line to hear you in extremely LOW wind environments--must be in a near vacumn
The crystal clear ear hook is fragile--it broke after 1 month (trying to find a replacement)
