Problems with sound performance

Each time I turn on the unit I have to reset all the sound adjustments. The sound will be distorted and muffled until I go through the process of readjustment. This is really an inconvenience. Not real happy with this unit. It is paired with a new 65" HU9000F I purchased in March 2015.
Cons: Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great soundbar

I used to have a receiver with all 5 wired speakers but this soundbar is pretty loud and has surround sound system so no more wires anymore.
Pros: Built-in speakers

The sound experience is quite exceptional. HDMI or optical out as well as Sound Connect options are great.
I took off one point since I found that the sound bar mounting was not compatible with my TV. It was mounted directly on the wall to solve the problem. I would have preferred to be provided the ability to mount to the wall differently that what I needed to do. The other problem is that most might opt to buy the sound bar after recovering from the cost of buying the TV. You have to drop the TV off the wall and get help to do this unpleasant task. if you are lucky to have a full motion TV mount it may be possible to place the bracket on the TV without taking it off the wall. For design purposes a variety of options would have been better.

I'm loving this soundbar! I bought this without having a chance to hear one, so I was very worried I wouldn't be satisfied with the sound. I had nothing to worry about. This thing sounds absolutely amazing! I have it connected to my TV wirelessly via Sound Connect with no issues at all. I had a 5.1 surround system before this, and while you won't get the same surround effect with this sound bar, the virtual surround is really good. I'm completely satisfied with this soundbar, and I highly recommend it

Stunning Sound Quality

Just got this today along with the JS9000 SUHD tv. To say the sound that this bar produces is amazing would be an understatement. 320 watts of power (160 to the bar + 160 watts to the subwoofer) will practically blow your hair back while the 8.1 channels produce a surround effect that is equal to the 5.1 Sony system that it replaced (without the satellite speakers).
The curved design and matching color make it clear that it was MADE to be paired with the JS9000.
Great sound clarity, rich deep bass, and an idiot-proof automatic Bluetooth connection to the tv makes this an absolute MUST have for your new Samsung SUHD tv!
Pros: stunning sound quality, excellent surround effect, easty set up
Cons: not cheap
