only one thing I found that could be addressed with an upgrade or? the ability to scroll on a page that has a page in it that needs to be scrolled.

this phone has the best features and features an 8 mega pixel camera and a fast processer if your looking for a phone a phone that you can watch videos and do things quickly this is the phone that you should be looking for.

does everything i want it to and more... Very clear and bright pictures and video
replacing a digital camera pays for the phone by itself.

Dont download Ice Cream Sandwich update!!

ever since I installed the ice cream sandwich update about 1 month ago, I have had to do a hard battery pull to reset this phone almost 3-4 times per week. In fact, I broke the otterbox case from taking it on and off so many times!! What ever happened to waiting to roll-out software until it was ready????
Pros: Bright display
Cons: Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Do not upgrade to 4.0 ics

i have had the phone since February and liked it up until i decided to upgrade to android 4.0 ice cream sandwich(ics). as far as the phone itself my only real complaint is the speaker isn't very loud unless you are in a quiet room. any kind of noisy areas especially outside i miss calls all the time because it's hard to hear ringing when worn on the belt in an otter box. battery life was decent for the size screen this phone has until i made the mistake of up grading to ICS. before upgrade the battery would last from 6am to 7pm and sometimes later without being plugged in during the day with slight to moderate use. after update of android system with minimal use during the day i'm lucky if the phone has enough power to even still be on by 3 pm. some programs are slow to open and others open and lock then force close since update. I (and i'm sure there are many others) that would like to have a download back to gingerbread made available so we dont have to go through 3rd parties to revert back to an operating system that (for now)worked better with this particular phone.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: android 4.0 upgrade, external speaker not loud enough, upgrade to ice cream sandwich, battery since update is maybe 5-6 hours with use

Great phone that a novice like me is still figuring out all the features it has but really likes this phone and plan on keeping it for some time now.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: cost, downloads availability
