Save your money for next GEN Model

Great that you can customize the phone the way you want it and gets fast service. Has alot of great features wish all these smart phones would operate more like the Palm Pre which can keep multiple windows opened instead of having to always press the back arroe to go back to the old window. Also the prices on these smart phones are too pricey they all should be WATER PROOF ! All in all a great phone.
Pros: Durable, Realistic color
Cons: Did not meet expectations, poor windows set up, battery life drains quick, expensive, not enough accessories for the price, not enough settings
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Android update to 4.0 sucks

Sound equalizer gone from previous Android version....now you have one choice...up or down.
After update, the ring sound isn't as loud as used to be, mabe because the equalizer is gone??
Email not always updating from server and don't like the look of the new email app. If I delete emails, an hour later I get a notification for the same email and boom, there it is in my box again.
Frequently have to power off phone/restart to reset to get facebook updates, email updates.
Google/internet browser frequently freeze.
Everything is black on black, navigation/typing fields sometimes hard to see such as in Google Play store.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color
Cons: expensive i paid the cash price. $500
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This product is useless if you plan to use T-Mobile network.

You won't get 3g or 4g speed on t-mobile network which is GSM !!only 2g which is edge speed!!!
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations, incompatable with all usa gsm, dosn't work on t-mobile network

Bluetooth has various problems and unable to connect

Throw a car charger in the box when you ship from now on. App's need to be less 'childish' such as games, etc. More for personalization such as Live wallpaper availability and accessories such as cases, etc. Overall, powerful, sleek and fast. Battery life fix in next update would be great.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Realistic color, fast, powerful
Cons: Too big, heavy with case protector, kies software sluggish
