Poor Layout

My 23 year old Whirlpool had a much better layout. The trays are also inferior, too easy for some round bottomed or smaller items to tip over. No ice trays or container for ice cubes.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I hear your voice and am passing along your observances (the trays are inferior, and make it easier for round bottomed or small items to tip over) to our design engineers. This refrigerator keeps everything at the perfect temperature (I use thermometers in fridge & freezer) and it is so quiet I can't believe it. My old one never seemed to shut off; this one doesn't even need to turn on when I take things out. Plus, I got a $50 rebate from my electric company so it was a great deal.

freeze

everything work good but the freeze is not that cold and the ice cream ha ve to be put other way in on the back so its could stay hard if I put it on the freeze door its get soft.
