Terrible Frig

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this frig 19 days ago I've had 2 service calls sent up by Frigidaire. 1 company with a BBB rating of F. When you close Frig door Freezer door opens and let the cold air out. Frigidaire states this is normal. How can this frig be energy compliant?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I apologize for any frustration and inconvenience this matter may have caused you and your family, rdss. Sometimes if the door is closed too hard, it can force a large amount of air into the adjacent compartment, popping the door open. Try closing both door gently. Page 6 in your Owner’s Manual addresses how to achieve the needed ¼ inch to ½ inch slope from front-to-back for closure of the doors. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Seems to work fine temperature wise. The hinges on the main door seem low quality and are already squeaking, I suspect soon the door will have trouble closing. I would not chose this fridge if I was purchasing again.

Horrible Quality

I bought this fridge a short few years ago and since then the door handle broke,the inside shelf broke, and the freezer drain started leaking through the light. I would not expect this from a 3-4 year old fridge when I live alone and I am the only one who uses it. I have to ask what will go wrong next that is going to cost me money. I expected more from Frigidaire.

Nice Refrigerator!

I am very happy with my new Frigidaire! I was impressed that it cooled down much sooner than the delivery guy said it would. I was able to put my food in the fridge in approximately 1 hour.
