Relieved to have found a refrigerator

I had an old Frigidaire which finally stopped working. The size of space it must fit into is limited by cupboards all around. I didn't expect the many problems I had finding a refrigerator that would fit into the space. I wish Frigidaire and all brands would not continue to make bigger and bigger products without keeping the old dimensions of products that really were outstanding. I purchased an 18 cubic foot model that fit into the space. My old refrigerator was 21 cubic ft. and fit. This refrigerator definitely holds less. Otherwise I am happy with the way it works so far. I'll bet it doesn't last for 30+ years like my last one though.

Very poor appliance

Nine months old this refrigerator has dripped water into the lower part since we got it. Now the fan has failed and the refrigerator won't cool below 50 degrees. Very poor appliance.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

A fine fit

I bought refrigerator to replace a 20 year old side-by-side that finally gave out. I was space constrained because of height of the new refrigerators. After much research, I went to my neighborhood appliance dealer (after checking the big box stores) and picked this top freezer model. It has been an adjustment getting used to a smaller appliance but I am very pleased with it. I can get a lot more in both the freezer and refrigerator than I thought possible. Everything is kept at perfect temperature and refrigerator is very quiet. This was a good purchase!

Constant teperature

We've had the refrigerator for a month. It's in an unheated cabin and has maintained a constant temperature through hot days and cold nights which is the most important thing to us. We have no complaints about any aspect of it.

Shelves inside door fantastic!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was sooo glad that someone designed the CLOSED shelving inside the door
without gaps or a mere band of plastic around the sides leaving a space for
things to fall out every time you open or close the door. I also like the very
simple, plain exterior design----so easy to clean without grooves.
