Not happy at all...

And I haven't been happy with it. The freezer
doesn't seem to be cold enough no matter which setting it's on. I have ice crystals on all of my food, which I never had with my old fridge.

Michin, thank you for sharing your refrigerator review with us. The doors on your refrigerator not closing by themselves, and the frost in the freezer compartment may be related. Please review the installation instructions concerning leveling and ensure they have been completed. The sides should tilt ¼ inch to ½ inch from front to back, to ensure that the doors close and seal properly. Pages 5 and 6 in your Owner’s Manual shows you how to accomplish this tilt. Should you have any questions, please call our Customer Engagement Center at 877-435-3287 or 706-860-4110 for assistance. MY HOME IS QUIET
