Free from Puget Sound Energy!

My previous side-by-side just turned 44 years old and I heard about the PSE replacement offer for the old energy-inefficient appliances. No way to turn down a free refrigerator! Totally impressed! I have only one issue.....there is an ice-skim on the back wall of the freezer. Don't know if that's an issue with energy efficiency....never had anything like it on my old one.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Leaves something to be desired

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The door doesn't automatically shut when you swing it closed. You have to make an effort to see that it is shut. I never had a refrig like that b/4 and don't care for that feature. Also, the shelf heighth is strange no matter where you put the shelves.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great storage on the door!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were faced with a sudden need for a new refrigerator and we wanted to replace the old one with something simple, but spacious. This refrigerator did the trick. There is plenty of space in the refrigerator (although less in the freezer), but we tend to eat a lot of produce and need a LOT of refrigerator space, in comparison to frozen foods. The storage on the door is amazing too, we can fit more on this door than I even thought possible.
I would recommend this to a friend!
