I purchased this refrigerator one month ago and it works just like a refrigerator should; it keeps cold food cold and frozen food frozen,

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi LONGIZONG,
I certainly hate to hear that you are having cooling concerns with your refrigerator. Typically, items in your freezer will freeze at about 20 degrees, but ice cream needs to be much colder (below 15 degrees) to harden. I do recommend try keeping your ice cream in the rear section of your freezer.
It appears that service was scheduled for December 27, 2016, in regards to this concern. Please note your service is guaranteed for 30 days from the date of repair. I recommend you contact the service company if you have additional questions.
