Once again I was one of those android/iphone users who has switched over. The OS is slick as heck and the phone almost never has a hiccup. Ahem.. Ahem... android... My friend has had his Focus for over a year and always kept hearing its praises from him. So I finally took the plunge and went for it. I am never going back. It's ust plain sweet. For those of you who think it lacks apps, the market place is growing leaps and bounds.
Pros: games, ease of use, good for texting
Cons: none so far
I would recommend this to a friend!

Windows Phone will amaze you

This phone brings a smile to my face every time I use it. The user interface makes sense, and actually enhances the experience and usefulness of the phone. I would choose any one of the Windows Phone devices over any current iPhone, Android, or Blackberry. Try Windows Phone. You will be amazed.
As for the Focus S, I was initially torn between it and the Titan. While I prefer the heavier, aluminum build of the Titan, its outgoing call quality sounded muffled, and almost incomprehensible. The Focus S is crystal clear. I use my phone for business calls, so this was the deciding factor for me.
The Focus S is fast, has a beautiful screen, great camera, long battery life (after a full day of moderate use, I usually have 30% life when I go to bed), and fits easily into your pocket. The only drawback to the phone, which might be a plus for some people, is that it is very light. Personally, I wish it was a bit heftier, but the Focus S still feels well built, and I am very happy with it.
Pros: menus, Wi-Fi capable, ease of use, good for texting, camera/video quality, battery life
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have had my Focus S several months now and it is far and away the best phone i have ever used. this includes every type of droid out there, and the iphone seems as out of date as a Blackberry. if there is any hitch at all i do turn the camera on by accident once in a long while. all in the best phone i have used or seen.
Pros: menus, camera/video quality, battery life, Wi-Fi capable, durable, ease of use, good for texting

I am using this phone for a few month now and it never disappoints! The screen is crisp and clear even in the bright daylight. The interface is extremely friendly and easy to customize. The excellent phone quality combined with fast and robust OS make it simply the best phone out there. As a software developer, I should also mention that the Visual Studio development environment makes creation of applications for this platform a pure fun! Once you try this phone other options become very unimpressive.
Pros: tools, menus, camera/video quality, Wi-Fi capable, durable, ease of use, good for texting, user interface, brilliant screen, dot net applications

I just got this phone a week ago, and I absolutely love it. I have an Xbox and the tile format is easily accessible and customizable to what I want it to be. I enjoy the format of the text messaging and the ribbon display at the top. The ringer is audible in almost any setting, making it hard to not receive calls.
The color display is simply amazing. I take pictures for art class and they are realistic and absolutely amazing compared to any other phone I've had.
The Windows operating system is fast and ultimately easy for any age to use. Plus, I suggest buying the Casemate case, it protects the phone from sudden drops and accidents.
The only problems with the phone are the complicated process of putting ringtones on the phone, but if you download from a site like phonezoo and cut and paste the file to Zune it is simple. The app market is small, as Windows is new to the operating system game, but I think it is a minor detail, because everything else is great!
Pros: camera/video quality, battery life, Wi-Fi capable, durable, ease of use, good for texting
Cons: low app market, ringtone ease

I've had this phone for about 3 months and all I can say is navigating through the OS is an experience in it's own. The menus are very fluid and beautiful. I was thoroughly impressed by the fact I can import my FaceBook contacts list into the main directory of the phone. And thereby create Alternate lists with ease. The camera is fantastic, I've never had the battery go dead on me. I charge it once over night and it's good for the day. The music player is fantastic, zune is dare I say it, better than itunes. BUT it has a couple of cons. Cons I really just can't live with. Third party software like games and apps are VERY limited. And there's only so much alteration you can do to the OS. I feel like I have an iphone. And I HATE iphones. So I'm going back. If this phone didn't have those two faults, I would have said "Job well done Microsoft, you took out Android and iPhone with one stone". If you've never owned a smart phone before and are a BIG social networker, this is the phone for you. If you are a techie stay with the Galaxy S II.
Cons: extremely limited 3rd party support, os is limiting.
