Love the windows phone

Super easy to use, allows me to feel fully connected to family and friends. Alot of voice activated features make it perfect for a busy person constantly on the go
Pros: camera/video quality, speaker, battery life, Wi-Fi capable, ease of use, good for texting

I absolutely love this phone!!! The screen is very clear and easy to read! Phone is thin enough to fit in pocket without the bulge. Can't wait for the new version!!
Pros: camera/video quality, Wi-Fi capable, durable, ease of use, good for texting
Cons: freezes

great smartphone for first time users

this is my first smartphone and I love it, the only problem I have experienced is having to charge the phone. I don't use it all day, just on and off when I'm not near my laptop, but I still have to charge it every other day
Pros: camera/video quality, Wi-Fi capable, ease of use, good for texting

Sleek & Light Weight;Easy to Use;Low Battery Life

Although I have had a few problems with this phone, initially, they were resolved by the AWESOME salesman at my local AT&T store. I am still working on the ZUNE/Windows Live features but, should have them mastered shortly. I am not a full-time cell phone user (internet, GPS, etc. etc. etc.) yet, the battery seems to run down fairly quickly. That really is the only complaint I have about the Samsung Focus. I would recommend it to people!

The phone has great speed, and is easy to use. However, it consistently freezes up (once a day, average) and requires removal of battery to restart the device. This problem occurs most often when text messages are received. It will also lose the text message that caused the lock-up most of the time. The result of this is missed communication and annoying power downs and ups.

Cons: software bugs

Zune is a major drawback

This is a great phone except for a recocurring problem with Zune which is the software needed for upgrades, downloading music and files from your computer, etc. Right now I have an update available message on the phone and Zune will not sign in, and I haven't been able to download any of my files or music to the phone unless I email them to myself and then download from emails. I recently got this phone as the replacement for the Samsung Focus which got broken, and the Zune will not allow me to change phones on my account. If not for Zune I would say this was a beautifully designed phone with the user in mind, but Zune is a constant problem. I'm going Android next month when my contract is up for renewal.
