I have had 3 servicemen out to my house to fix the problem of ice build up around the door and near the front of the unit. It still has icicles hanging.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

VERY disappointed in the frost free feature

I bought this freezer 3.5 months ago and I am persistently getting ice on the top shelf and door of the freezer. A repairman came out & said that the freezer was too full. We removed 3 cu ft of food and this still ices up. The door seal was checked & the repairman said that it was fine. I own 2 other frost-free freezers that are over 5 years old and packed with food and they are completely ice free. I am VERY disappointed in this product and its 3 month warranty!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

There is plenty of room inside but it does not take up a lot of space in our garage. So far, we are very happy with the purchase.
