Stiff Door Seal

Great refrigerator and we love the LED lighting. The only problem is the seal on the door is so tight that the door is very difficult to open. I put my hand on the main case and pull on the door. I have to pull so hard that the freezer comes away from the wall even with it full of food. Called the dealer and his does the same. Tried putting silicone lubricant on the seal and it it some better.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This freezer meets our needs totally. It has as much space as our old 20 cu ft upright, runs quietly, and freezes items rapidly.
