Upright Freezer for the gardener

Organization was key for my freezer needs and this model offers easy access. I was surprised with the noises it makes as I placed it in my kitchen so am aware of the sounds. The suction for the door closure is extremely strong, especially after closing the door.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Best Freezer ever

This is a great freezer I got it as a gift and I can not thank the person enough for it I would recommend this freezer to everyone that is looking for a large freezer with great energy savings It has a lot of room.

Nice size, green pilot light, but noisy

The size is good- not too deep and the pilot light is great. But it's noisy. Put it in the garage and could hear it through the double drywall-ed garage wall in the dining room! Had to move it to keep near the back to avoid hearing it.

freezes well

The freezer is easy to load and the shelves are adequate. I would like extra small shelves for the door because of the wasted space--nothing tall can go in those shelves as it falls over when the door is opened. The price of extra shelves is very expensive.

Spacious

I bought mine a couple weeks ago. I have not yet filled it but seems to have plenty of room. Bright les light inside just wish it would have come with a basket. I know it is a energy star product but it seems to run all the time.

Having this upright freezer for storing and preserving gluten free flours is fabulous. The upright versus a chest freezer is like night and day - not having to dig around is so helpful. This particular freezer is designed better than others we looked at.
