Purchased 1/11/2019. Water is leaking on the floor

We looked for problem solving solutions and there on none that answers the question “Why is my freezer leaking water on the floor?” My home is kept at 70 degrees so heat and humidity is not the problem. I hope I can get some help.

Nice refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've owned this refrigerator for 3 years now and it's worked great with no issues. It's my 2nd refrigerator that I keep in the garage for extra and larger items not need in the kitchen refrigerator. It cools good and has been very reliable.

DOES THE JOB/JUST EXCELLENT

From having a lock (keep mine in the garage) and hv aged prime meat and seafood, this keeps the honest people out. The temperature is maintained excellent and you don’t hear the compressor kicking on very often so great temperature retention. Likewise uses less electricity so a WIN WIN all around

This freezer has been garbage. Broken down 4 times in 3 years.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this freezer new April 2016. It's broken down four times in the last three years. Each time losing most of the food ($$$) in it. This freezer is only the third Frigidaire product product we've owned(2 of 3 have been junk). Don't really know what brand to turn to, but I wouldn't recommend Frigidaire.

I saw one at a friend house and it caught my eyes and i've been looking for one to purchase but cannot get any now. she has hers about 3 yrs now. I recently saw it and was and is trying to get one like that

I went to purchase one but haven't been able to get one.. She purchased hers 3 yrs ago. I am disappointed that I am unable to get one, & hoping it would be available at some time soon so I can purchase it.
