Ice maker line froze

Love the frig but I've already had a service call. Luckily it was under warranty. I just hope the won't be on going issues.

Horrible freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this freezer since March and it was the worst invest I have ever made. I don’t recommend it. The whole freezer turned to solid ice and ruined all the meat I had in it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The door freezes shut!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There is water dripping on the inside of the freezer. If I don’t chip the ice out of the door, it will freeze shut. Everything is iced over. We’ve had a repairman out twice. It’s not the seal because the seal is great. Thinking it could be not enough insulation around the freezer. Still waiting. Had it less than a month and all the food is packed in ice!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Fantastic Supplemental Refrigerator

We selected the FFRU17B2QW because of size, price, and that there was a standalone freezer that matched it. This refrigerator is perfect and has plenty of interior space for our needs. We purchased it prior to the COVID-19 outbreak and it's been a real blessing to have so much extra refrigerated space at hand so we don't have to venture out in public. Food stays really fresh. The door seal is super strong. Really happy with my purchase.

small change would help

The overall product is very good. Only three shelves are provided so items are stacked rather deep (high) and thus it is more difficult to find frozen items. If one additional shelve was included then this would be an excellent product. Quiet, keeps items cold and appears to be low energy requirement.
