Seal not tight at the top

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The freezer is very large and keeps things frozen, but at the top, the seal always has water and frozen drips. It's not sealing properly which I would imagine would hinder its ability to stay frozen in a power outage. Regardless of that issue, it is still somehow very hard to open. You'll have to put one hand on the freezer while you pull on the door. I'm only somewhat happy with it for those reasons.

Was in a big rush to get one since our old one was full of food and we had no was of saving it. Luckily we picked a winner with the Frigidaire. Had it delivered the next day and all the food was saved and we love the new up write one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this stand up freezer to replace my over 40 year old chest freezer, regret not doing so years ago. The auto defrost feature is awesome, door shelves are perfect size, and the wired shelves are sturdy with one extra option for adjusting shelf placements. The freezer is quite light (weight wise) and the door seal strips are extra-efficient, so much so, that you may need to load your freezer with a lot of items in order to open the door with only one hand. I have to use my off-hand to hold the freezer in place when I open the door because the door seal is vacuumed closed so tight - which is a good thing from and energy efficiency perspective.
