Extremely Dissapointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this freezer 2 weeks ago. It sweats and ices up on the inside top of the freezer near the door. I had a repairman come out and I was told I had it too cold and that the door was bending letting warm air in. He turned it down from a 7 to a 3 . It still has a minor sweat. I have another smaller Frigidaire freezer ( 10 cu ft vs new 17 cu ft.) and never had this problem. I want to keep it at at least 0 F and at this setting it is 14 F on the top door shelf. Ice cream on this shelf is soft. I hope Frigidaire reads this and responds.

Great Freezer

It has more than double the capacity of my previous freezer which means I can now clearly see everything. I have not encountered any issues with my new freezer would recommend this freezer.

I noticed some ice inside upper left.
Had technician check.
He applied some silicone to better seal, but said it is sometimes normal and shouldn’t interfere with performance.

Love our upright freezer!
