Problem with freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this freezer one month ago and the inside door panel has cracks at the top right and left side. Also the door is so hard to pull open my wife has a real hard time getting it open, I have to reach up to the top left corner to get it open

In case you missed it….When your freezer door is closed it creates a vacuum seal, making the door harder to open for a couple of minutes. Try waiting about 2 minutes before opening the door again, to allow the internal pressure to equalize. With usage, the vacuum seal will decrease. Please keep in mind, the less amount of items inside your freezer will make the door harder to open due to more air inside your freezer.
