Frost free keeps forming ce

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ice keeps forming across the inside at the top. Had someone come to fix it and say it's working fine. Very disappointed in the freezer.

Thank you for your feedback. We understand your concern regarding your freezer. For the most efficient operation, the appliance should be located where surrounding temperatures will not exceed 110°F (43°C). Temperatures of 32°F (0°C). In the event you have your freezer in a space that gets very warm this can cause more humidity than normal, which can cause some build-up when the door is opening and closing. Perfect Size and Great Price!

So far so good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this refrigerator in August 2019. It's worked well for us my only complaint is that I have to turn it to the number 5 to get it around 37°. I wish it would get colder. I prefer to keep my fridge around 34°.
