Great product rough delivery

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this on Black Friday and finally received the working product in February! The first delivery guy told me it would fit and refused to deliver it, the second time they brought me a broken/ defective unit, and finally on the third time all went well and now I have a huge freezer that helps me keep organized and take advantage of bulk deals.

16 Month Freezer

Purchased this freezer to replace a 12 year old dying Electrolux freezer. 1 year & 4 months later 3 days ago the Freezer had frost all over the food 3 and last night had a big puddle around it. Opened it up and food was thawed out. Not happy with freezer lasting 16 Months(FFFH17F4QW0)(WB70864288) I checked underneath and the compressors not working all lights work fine, still looks brand new. Manufactures warranty is only for 1 year.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
