Simple is better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a simple, low feature, good old keep it frozen, freezer. I have had almost all the fancy ones with separate doors, high efficiency, separate compartment temps, etc. The more features the more stuff broke. Gaskets, temp controllers (e-boards are expensive). This freezer WORKS. Is it pretty and shiny? Nope! But there is a certain beauty in functionality.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We are thrilled with our new freezer

Now I have filled the old space and the new freezer and it is a great change.

Provides exactly what we needed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our Fridge just has a small freezer in it and is self defrosting, so we needed a unit that could take care of items we'd find on sale and seasonal fruits that we buy in bulk. The deep freeze model is best for me because the self defrosting unit leaves many foods not thoroughly frozen...like berries for instance.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
