Was happy at first...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought 2 months ago.. and was happy with the setup, but, then my freezer stopped working before i even had for 1 month... not sure how often this happens to people but this was the first freezer i bought on my own and was dissapointed. I figured if i got a name brand it would come with better quality but i dont know maybe i just have rotten luck. anyway it took another month after failing to keep my food frozen for someone to come out and fix it. At this point i dont even know if i trust that it wont go out again... i lost a lot of food in the process and the warranty doesnt cover any food loss which i think is wrong they completely should.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this freezer to replace a Frigidaire freezer that we bought used about 23 years ago. Although this new one is the same exterior size as the old one, it has much more usable space inside.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We are so happy with our upright freezer. The size is perfect for us, and we are able to view everything we have in it. Easy access to all the items in the freezer. Just love it.

Great Freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this freezer about a month ago and find it much easier to find things than my previous chest freezer. The 17 cu-ft model is the perfect size for my needs and has been running strong. The inside is spacious and there’s no extras on this model to fail over time (digital temp readout, WiFi, etc). My only complaint is this one is louder than the previous freezer. It’s not terribly loud, but loud enough that I can hear it in the basement running. It wouldn’t stop me from purchasing though.

Works well but...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a replacement for our 40-year-old Gibson. Both are refrigerator-only models. The Gibson was giving up the ghost after spending most of its life in garages in both very low and high temperature area. Works better than the Gibson did recently.
However, noticed that there was a high-pitched whine coming from the fridge. Don't know what it was, but noticed it lately.
Also, spacing of shelves could be more flexible and easier to move.
