Huge capacity, great slate grey, too-wide swing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love having this, and I'm glad I chose to rearrange some free-standing furniture on kitchen walls to make space for it upstairs. I chose this after reading many freezer reviews online and knew I wanted frost-free, upright, not white, able to fit within kitchen, USA made/service, and available for December delivery. The slate grey color is a perfect blend with our black and stainless steel appliances. The huge capacity is more than enough for us, and with organizer bins and drawers, everything is easy to reach.
The negatives: 1) very-wide door swing angle turned out to be a problem (moves fast, bumped other furniture, I couldn't reach handle to close with hands full), and there is no hinge-adjustment for that. I tied a narrow ribbon between one shelf and the door to restrict swing to 90 degrees.
2) No wheels on legs. We knew this as we ordered, no uprights have wheels, and made sure we had furniture moving pads to put under each leg, so we can slide the freezer without damaging the floor, to clean under it or get behind it if needed.
3) Chatter / ticking noise for about 1 minute each time freezer starts. Goes away so we presume it's "normal" but we were quite worried the first few times and still notice it. Quieter would be better.
4) Super-tight door seal - great for freezing, but had to learn to just pull steadily and gently until seal releases enough to equalize pressures. A sharp / hard pull doesn't work.

Good freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this freezer about two months ago. The thick walls were the selling point for me. It's cold inside, and subjectively loud outside. It makes a good garage freezer, but is too loud for inside in my opinion.
