Love the Lock!!!

We needed a larger freezer in our garage- and this is just PERFECT!! I love the seal on this thing- really have to pull to open it, but that's a good thing when you have visiting grandkids!!! The lock is such an added blessing too!

Problems from the get-go

We had problems from the get-go with terrible noise and condensation/freezing around upper seal and it was either running all the time for days, or would shut off for as long as 20 hours at a time. We had to have the repair man out here twice for inspections and once to fix it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We looked at smaller chest freezers but this upright freezer was a better value. I can only hope it last 44 years like our current one. Lol
