A manual defrost freezer is the most economical to run and is long lasting. My last Frigidaire freezer was trouble free for 20 years and I sold it with the house. I look forward to another 20 trouble free years.

Purchased this unit about a month ago and it has worked perfectly so far. Runs very quiet and is well lit for easy in and out access. The storage area is large and more than expected. The door has five large deep shelves that Hold plenty of frozen foods. One hint I will give perspective buyers is once you open the door be sure to take out everything you need otherwise the door is very hard to open for a few minutes afterwards due to some kind of vacuum seal.

Love the baskets!

The new pullout vegetable basket is so hand; I really like that. Also the larger bread
basket near the bottom are very handy. If I needed to put tall items in the long permanent shelf on the door, it's nice that the two upper baskets are adjustable.
