Freezes well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It seems OK. We should have gotten one a tad larger. Had a 20CF chest and it was LESS than 1/2 full and what we had darn near filled the upright. I like that NOTHING will get buried in the bottom though. 9 out of 10 is my rating

Constantly failing to maintain temp

This freezer has ruined hundreds of dollars of ice cream due to it's consistent temperature fluctuations. I believe we have a call into warranty service, but wow. What a mistake, as the goal was to make ice cream available and every week, I get an earful that the ice cream has melted. So bad, that I cancelled parts an event that would have had ice cream bars as a desert. It's only job is freeze and it can't seem to keep it frozen.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Oh no, FrankK. I hate to hear that your freezing isn't freezing properly. Please make sure the door seal is getting a tight seal and the freezer has at least 1 inch of clearance on each side. Since this is being used in a commercial setting, you would be responsible for any charges related to repair if service is required, per the terms of the warranty. ~ Brandi

Much easier than a chest freezer

The correct size, frost free, well-lit inside, and easy to access items. Much more convenient than a chest freezer. May use a bit more energy, but the convenience factors make up for the cost of electricity used. Satisfied with our choice.
