[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this freezer for about a month and it has met all my expectations. We were looking for a reliable freezer for a reasonable price. After looking at this model I did a search for testing and reviews on line. I wasn't expecting anything special since the price was very good. Much to my surprise it was very highly rated and that made my purchase decision much easier. I expect this freezer will bring many years of good service.

Great value for the money

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this freezer 6 weeks ago and really like the size and the access. Drawers in the bottom would be a great addition. The only issue is that it's loud. We keep it in the garage so it's not a big problem.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Freezes up very fast ice builds up on the top of the door. Door is hard to open sometimes.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I hate to hear about your freezer experience, kenn96. I recommend checking the following: 1-If the weather is hot and humid, the rate of internal frost buildup can increase. 2-Make sure that there's no more than 2 to 3 pounds of unfrozen food added to the freezer at one time. The tightness in the door seal indicates that the gasket is sealing properly. If you're opening the refrigerator, I suggest gently sliding your hand around the gasket and door frame to loosen the seal so that you can open the door. I hope this helps!
