A freezer with lots of restrictions!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this freezer and were so excited to take it home. It was supposed to be frost free, but it constantly has ice/ frost build up in it. We were told that nothing can touch the walls of the freezer and that every shelf must be evenly dispersed with food for this to not occur. It is also super noisy! I am super disappointed with this purchase.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Lots of room.
