[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We took a manual defrost so it would keep stuff frozen for extended periods without ruining taste. Seems to be doing the job. I would've liked to be able to adjust the shelves, though.

So far so good after first couple months

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far this freezer has been operating fine since purchased a couple months ago.
Just knock on wood that it continues to keep functioning for a good amount of years , as I've had issues with last Four different makes of upright freezers failing on me, and this brand was no acception to a major shut down of inconvenience to loss of food inside.
Again all major brands within 6 to 7 years have failed on me. Must be the uprights that have issues. The area that these all were placed is a clean finished basement, too.

Exactly what a second refrigerator should be!
