Flawed Door does not seal properly.

I purchased this freezer a month a go from a retail store and I have had nothing but problems with it. If you lift the door up from the left side, after you get what you were looking for and close it there will be a 1/2 inch gap on the left side (not sealing properly). Same if you lift door from the right side. Door is basically flexes and is not solid. Also needs to be heavier to seal in my opinion. Basically you have to put two weights on each side to try and keep the seal. (Yes it is levelled as manual indicates.)
The replacement attempt had the same problem plus a dent so they didn't even bring it into my house. Hopefully the third time will correct this problem.
