Freezer suitable for my needs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this freezer for a month now and it freezes as intended. It has a few drawbacks though. It is hard to level because the front feet are not adjustable. The key lock is mickey mouse and hard to use. There is not wire basket inside like my old freezer. Bottom line is that I feel this freezer is not top of the line, but a mediocre freezer that gets the job done. I wish I would have shopped a little longer and found a top of the line freezer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Freezer that definitely meets my needs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this unit one month ago and it is holding temperature nicely. I have installed a thermometer to monitor its temperature. My only suggestion/criticism would be to redesign the door handle. My experience with these types of handles is that they loosen over time, especially when the door is opened and closed often.

Great size!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this freezer because our last freezer just died and we were upset because we just loaded it with a 1/2 of a pig and a 1/4 beef! We got it home and all set up and we love how much room. Then I started reading about the freezer and was disappointed to find out that it is a manual defrost freezer! I didn't even think they made these anymore! How do I take care of it?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Welcome to 2020

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This freezer was purchased as a replacement. The dealer only had this model in the size we needed in a frost free model. The price was right so we purchased it. I find the construction flimsy and not very sturdy. Due to the light weight of the unit, the door can hardly be opened because of the vaccum inside. With no food inside the unit can be pulled from the wall before the door opens. The unit runs almost constantly due to being a frost free model. If I get 7 to 8 years of service without failure, I'll be happy. Welcome to the throw away age!
