Great Freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my Frigidare 20.9 Freezer for one month now and am extremely happy with my purchase.
Reason I bought this freezer over other brands was the amount of good feedback I ran across all over the internet. Just google and you will see what I am talking about. Also, that it is made in the USA! I believe this is the only brand that is, and it shows with the others what it means to not be made in the USA. And lastly this is the biggest I could find in manual defrost.
Visual inspections green light in the lower right-hand side is very good idea. I have had freezers stop before and thought they were working, this would have let me know before items melted.
What I don’t like… I wish I could get a bigger one, what happened to the 24 and 25 cf freezers.

Not a quality product -

Overall the unit has features and is sized for our needs. The concern is the sound from the refrigerant system; upon initial start sounded like the compressor was full of rocks. That sound has now changed to sounding like it's either low on freon or has a restriction; the bottom two shelves the cooling coils are noticably warmer than top two. We purchased maximum extended warranty as we believe the unit will fail in the next few months or shortly after 1 year warranty expires. To have tech come and check is a billable call if they find nothing wrong; recommend not purchasing this model.

Great Freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this freezer on March 3rd, 2020 before stay-at-home police issued. It's great! It's simple, clean, quiet and functional. It can store enough food( cook and uncooked) for me and my husband for 3-6 months. This is god sent for preparing for Covid-19 pandemic.
