[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very pleased with this freezer. I love the large roomy shelves, and the door shelves, and that it is lighted inside. I was worried about purchasing a freezer with computer controls because I've read of malfunctions after power outages, which we have frequently. This manual freezer picked right up where it left off after a recent storm.

Better than expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this standing freezer unit for our family after having an entire waygu beef cow butchered and packaged. Plenty of room to keep our food investment cold and ready for our consumption. We've very pleased with this appliance!

sooooooo much better than a chest freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have considered purchasing an upright freezer to replace my old chest type for several years. Now that I've done it, I could kick myself for waiting so long! Even with the baskets in a chest freezer, it cannot compare to an upright for the ease of finding just what is actually in there (found quite a few older items I didn't realize were buried in the chest freezer while moving to the upright). And since my old chest freezer was absolutely ancient, I am also finding I have lower energy usage with the new one.
I would recommend this to a friend!
