Good choice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the light inside! Works well as a replacement for a 35 year old freezer. The door closes tightly to hold in the cold - but that makes it really really hard to open - to the point my husband decided I had locked it and came for the key.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Dissatisfied with durability of door gasket

As for the freezer I have no issue with the freezer capacity and performance; however the door gasket did not hold up. After approximately 2 years the door gasket began to split and wrinkle thus failing to keep the door sealed. I did not expect this performance from Frigidaire. Because of this I will not purchase another Frigidaire product. I need my appliances to perform for many years without issue.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great basic deep freeze

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are ranchers and need a large freezer for beef. This freezer fits the bill. I prefer an upright freezer over a chest freezer for ease of access.
It fits nicely in the corner of our mud room, and isn’t noisy.

Paid good money for CHEAP shelves..poor quality

I brought this a month ago to prepare for meat coming from the meat locker. I got home started to put it away and the shelves are VERY POOR QUALITY.product.. BAD!! As I was putting away two of the wire shelf’s bent and broke with all the frozen meat falling on my feet like Dominos . I brought the biggest cubic freeze. Brand new and broke. Very disappointed in this product. Cheap made.. pay more. If I know this I would of never brought it. It upsets me. I pay good money for cheaply made product.

Love the upright!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought 1 mo. Ago. Remodeling laundry room. Did away with chest type freezer, to this lovely upright Frigidaire! I am now able to actually see all things inside. They are not buried under one another. The upright gave us more floor space in laundry room.

Plenty of room

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this freezer about 2 weeks ago to replace a Frigidaire freezer that we had for more than 40 years! So far everything is good. Freezes well even when full! Only concern is that the door is difficult to open without yanking quite hard. I think it is the suction from the door seals that makes it so hard. Maybe that's a good thing, though, as the grandkids struggle mightily to try and open it!
