I have owned this soundbar for 4 months now, and I have had zero issues with it. It starts up and connects every time. The sound coming out of the bar is crystal clear and the tones from the bass do not interfere while there is low talking. Sure there could be thump from the bass, but that's why it's a soundbar and not a home theater system. However, when playing video games (destiny) or watching action movies there is plenty of bass. Hooking the soundbar up through Bluetooth for music it rattles the entire living room. The best way to hook up the bar is through digital optical, so what if you can't get aynet to work, pick up the other remote and stop being lazy. People who have given this a bad review obviously don't know anything about home sound systems and how to connect things.

Excellent Sound Quality with Low Profile Design

This sound bar was easy to install. The low profile makes it easy to fit in with any decor. The sound quality is excellent with many options to choose from whether it be music, movie, surround sound, or just standard. The blue tooth sub is great for the lows you would otherwise miss out on during a movie or music play back. I would tell anyone to buy this if you want better sound quality.

Great product for plug and play

I am very pleased with the purchase. It has good sound plays loud very simple set up and easy to use. My only concern with the unit is that I wish it had more user control for treble and bass. I find myself having to adjust it manually every time I switch sources or content i.e. movie to TV to music to Bluetooth.
Pros: Inexpensive, Lightweight, easy to setup, simple to use, plays clean even at loud volume, slim design
Cons: needs better equalizer

Excellent complement to UHD TV

We purchased our H550 Wireless Audio Soundbar with our 65" Samsung UHD TV and it provides an excellent home theater audio. Getting the remote control setup figured out took a little bit of trial and error experimenting, but we have it set now. Highly recommended!
