Bought the washer 8 months ago and the door is locked shut and we can't get our clothes out. We bought this product because it was made in the USA, now I feel a little disappointed about that.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

2 weeks running and ok. someone needs to figure out a better way to level these washers. wouldn't take much to adjust all legs from front.

Just received this new washer. I have already run a few loads. It is much better than my prior top load, much gentler on the clothes. I used to have everything tangled, and now the items come out clean and tangle free.

After 1 year my washer started making noise and leaving white shavings in the load of laundry.
