Making noise after just 3 months of use.

This unit is a replacement of another GE unit that I purchased. The 1st unit broke so many times that they offered me this one to replace the 1st one. Now after just 3 months, it is making a horrible noise when spinning. I just placed a call for an appt for them to come and look at it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It has all the features that we wanted. We've been using it for less than a month and we love it. We got both washer & dryer and they look good together in Ruby Red

I've had the washer less than a month and it already needs a new computer and other items. Then, on top of it, the parts wouldn't be in for more than a week.... Leaving me without a washer the entire time.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It has it all. The water consumption is crazy low after having a top loader for years. Love that it can handle smaller loads without harming the drive belts. That's what the other front loaders don't have and rarely would anyone know. Also, the access to the basket to clean out items lost in the wash. No big deal to access.

Like the washer... Has some issues. Doesn't spin dry properly at times. Requiring a second risemester cycle.

Since we bought this about three months ago, We now see cleaner cloths. Also this washer uses less, which saves on my monthly water bill. I also gives us different ways of washing our cloths or different kinds of cloths such as whited as opposed to sheets and towels or very dirty cloths, more rinses.

This XXX Large Capacity washer washes my king size comforters with ease. My clothes come out cleaner than previous HE washer I owned.
