NO CLUE WHAT TO SAY

My washer is 4 years old. It was never quite in great balance. Every time I have done a wash it got worse and worse. Today when cleaning 5 pool towels (it was not even close to being full) I heard a loud noise and my whole house shook. I ran to the laundry room and found this (see pics). A super heavy boulder on the floor with huge bolts in it, that blew the door open, and the insides came crashing inside itself...I don't even know if I am explaining it accurately so I had to take pictures. Thank god no one was in the laundry room and I had just left the room to put away clothes I had just folded. There is no way I would have left that room without a broken leg from that boulder.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have enjoyed my washer and dryer. I’ve only had an issue with keeping inside of washer clean.

The washer lasted less then year and half

The bearing and spider went out in less then one year and 8 month it seems a lot of reviews saying the same I don't know why GE won't recall something like that when spinning no one wants to stay at the house is like earthquake on top of that started leaking from the bottom and won't finish the cycle the timer keep adding more minutes of course right after warranty

This washer has been serviced 3 times now, and continues to give us problems! Deeply disappointed, to say the least.

Just stopped working

Dead after five years

It’s cheaper to buy a new one than repair it. Motor and some other parts.

Lots of options

I love the versatility of this washer. You can choose water temp, spin cycles and decide how long you want the items washed for. Unfortunately, we had TERRIBLE LUCK with this machine. It is now over 6 years old and had several large "gut" parts replaced to no prevail. The motor, board, and control board have all been replaced and it still spins off balance, out of control and ends up adding time to the cycle making cycles several hours long!

Piece of Crap

Piece of Crap that had to be replaced after only 5 years!! Didn't spin properly and leaked out the bottom of the machine. Will never buy GE again!!
