Purchased this to go with matching dryer. Overall, pleased with the purchase, however this washer is much louder than my older GE model from 2010. I've had loads with just a few items and it sounds like a load of heavy, wet towels are in the machine. I like the large capacity of the machine which makes it easy to wash larger loads.

Great capacity and so much quieter

We were looking for a large capacity washer and this really does it. The sound dampeners are tremendous. It'll shake for about 30 seconds and then balances out and you can barely tell its running. I'd give it 5 stars but I've only had it for a few months and I want to see how it holds up.
