A little disappointed

When the machine is working-it's good. However, most of the time it goes terribly off balance. I am a single person in the house so it's not like there is a ton of laundry causing it. Already had repair man out for it, but it's still doing it-going to have to call again!!!

clean clothes, smelly washer

I have had my GE front load right height washer and dryer for about 2 1/2 months. It seems to get the clothes very clean and it almost always gets the stains out the first time. However, after one month I noticed an odor. I have always kept the door of the washer open unless I was using it. I used an Afresh packet and it still smelled. I then tried vinegar and baking soda to clean it. This seems to have worked, and I also wipe down the rubber gasket after each use.

Good washer - Large capacity

We have owned this washing machine between 1 and 2 years. Does a good job washing clothes and has many features. One feature I wish it had would be a Spin only cycle. We had to have the washer serviced right after delivery and installation due to a part (water diverter) not being attached causing the detergent and softer not to be dispensed. Customer service was prompt and friendly. My only complaint is that from time to time the softner doesn't dispense which is annoying.

This machine has leaks of which still have not been fixed despite 2 visits .I believe it not to be well designed

Worst Washer I have ever had!

I have had several front load washers and this one is the worst. It takes for ever to do a load of laundry. I have tried to get the retailer to take them back and they won't. I have never had to decide the spin before to get the load dry why doesn't the machine decide the spin speed. For what I paid for this it washer it should do everything.

Pretty washer. The built in base is great. Wish it used more water to wash. Gets smelly if you forget to keep door open. High maintenance after each wash. Takes a long time to complete wash. Just ok. But it matched the dryer which I love

My new Washer

It doesn't seem to wring out as much water as my last washer, which makes drying take longer. But I can do bigger loads. the best thing is the pump filter access is located on the front!

Purchased this as part of a pair for our new house. WOW!! There are so many options. We love the delay wash feature and the ultraspin cycle. The dryer only takes 30 minutes
