Purchased two months ago. Very pleased with intitial performance. Attractive and full service. Many options to address any type of washing duties. Quite large and heavy. We like the higher stance making clothes loading and unlnloading easier. No negatives.

My washing machine was delivered on Saturday May 3rd and the delivery guys were awesome. I used it for the first time on Sunday evening and machine was so quite I had to keep looking at it to sure it was washing. It was a perfect fit for me. I couldn't afford that dryer but would like to purchase it to complete the pair. I found it quite easy to use. So far so good.
